Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return most items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable unless defective
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@trampolin.ai with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@trampolin.ai. Include photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
